Decoration and Cleaness is good.
The restaurant menu food need improve, specially for the western style. Meantime, hope it can control someone not smoking around lobby.

Hotel is renovating, so only 2 elevators are working, the waiting time can take a while, especially during rush hour.

Not much, I have stayed in many chinese hotels and this is now a really outdated one.
We were overcharged for the room at the check out. Staff very unfriendly about it and don't really understand customer service.

Great location, spacious room and bathroom, super clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly but not all speaking English. Breakfast is amazing, buffet with plenty of choices, while restaurant/room service has limited western foods.
Internet connection not good.
