It is hard to rate with a true rating. They were upgrading the WiFi and that created construction mess. Over all, the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The conceriage was very knowledgeable and interested in how the recommended trip was. The toilet has an issue and didn't always fill up. I reported it. The staff apologized.

The staff is so professional and personable. I've stayed there before and your staff is always top notch. Our bathroom had a wad of someone's long black hair stuck on the wall. And there was also something brown smeared on the wall. It was really gross. take door to the bathroom was broken and didn't close. Nothing special, good location. They charge $54/day to park in their garage even for people staying at the hotel. Insane! We ended up leaving the parking garage after half an hour and that cost us $15.

Pros (+) The hotel was nice. The rate was great and the room was clean and accommodating.
Cons (-) The room charge was the only thing that was reasonable. $57 to park one night. A parfait, egg sandwich and one drink $26. I realize it's D.C. But everything seemed like a shakedown.

Cons (-) You have to pay for wifi. The handicap accessible shower was confusing to figure out and i nearly flooded the bathroom with it. And only single ply toilet paper? What kind of savagery is this?!

Pros (+) The price was lower because the hotel is under construction so the price was cheaper. Room was very nice, bed was soft, bathroom was nice, and location was great.
