The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to Metro. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
Part of the neighborhood it is in isn’t very good. However, you can tell it’s an “up and coming” neighborhood. I wouldn’t let it dissuade me from staying again.

Good size room
Had to wait an hour to get into room. Only thing offered to make up for it was a glass of wine. Could have used more towels. Windows weren’t soundproof. Even on 11th floor heard traffic. Lot of litter outside hotel
Breakfast was nice. Customer service was exceptional.
I hate bacon and that was the only meat choice on both days so I did not get meat with breakfast. For parking I was confused that the valet stand was not noticeable and the signage not prominent. Restaurant was underwhelming and there was no room service. The menu was severely lacking. I am not a fan of Pepsi products and that was the only choice in the café area.
