- There was no free Wi-Fi in my room - The shower was cold (I complained but it was never fixed) - There were no hot drinks facilities in my room.
Excellent the only thing that was really annoying was not having Wifi for free into room. Small thing, not sure how much it adds to profitability but it just takes the edge off of ones view of the place. (£45 for three days of wifi!!!)
Historic landmark ,great location and atmosphere , brings many memories !
Large room with a beautiful bathroom.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town, in a safe area, next to many interesting touristic sites. The emploees of the hotel were very gentle and the most important was that they could speak English!! Also, the room was large and the very comfortable. I could stay there in the future!
The bathroom. I think it needs renovation.
room was comfortable and location is perfect
poor service, rip-off pprice of a very poor quality (value for money) breakfeast
Excellent location, near the most beautiful areas of Warsaw. Friendly staff providing first class service. Perfect for those looking for "old British style".
The prices for the breakfast as well as for the bar are clearly excessive. The window of our room was quite small and located in a quite low position. As I said, it is perfect for those looking for "old British style", not so good for those looking for a modern-looking business hotel.
Hotel staff courteous, thoughtful, and very helpful when attention was needed. Hotel very convenient to visiting tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Consierge services were super.
Double room was lovely but only one comfortable chair provided for two in room. We needed to remain in room for two days because of a sustained injury. Television only source of entertainment, but limited in English. Only news/sports programming available.
Great Central location with good staff and excellent service
professionalism, nice staff, everything...!
The hotel provides free bottled water for guests. The housekeepers replenish this when they turn down the sheets. In a world where the top hotels seem to charge for everything, this was refreshing.
A 35 Euro breakfast seemed absurd given the low prevailing price levels in Poland. Frankly, that would have been excessive for Paris.
location, staff, service, breakfast room
We were made to feel like '5 star' visitors. The staff were all extremely warm and courteous. The facilities were above reproach.
