The staff was friendly but not really ambitious (lying around all day on the couch while smoking). The view during the breakfast from the roof top restaurant was nice.
The room was just horrible! Totally wrecked up, absolutely dirty and it stank after a mixture from cold cigarette ash tray and the cheapest air "refresher". When arriving there was no towel or blanked (incl. cover), in the night there was no hot water (after complaining they rebooted the heater and then it worked). The Interieur was simply ugly, dirty and wrecked. As I'm travelling often on a shoestring through Asia I'm quite clear about expectations on budget hotels, but this was the worst I've seen so far - and even as it was not that cheap with ~30€ per night!
Definitely the most thing we liked was the friendly and amazing staff. Every few problems we had or anything we ask for they come same second to fix or help with anything. Emad one of the reception is super amazing and from a receptionist and us as clients we ended up friends. Hotel location is super perfect, just 5mins away from the most beautiful site of PETRA. The surroundings are also very good and you can find every little thing you will need during your stay from supermarkets, souvenirs shop, gas stations and restaurants.
We only had problems with the hot water but as soon as we speak to the staff they sort it out in less than 10mins. Actually we were informed that there was a problem with the tank and someone fixed it and same problem appeared again.
completely wanderful stay ! staff was very friendly and helpful .l felt they went above and beyond and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable .good value for money .food was brillliant (dinner on the rooftop)really enjoyed it
Thank you saba´a hotel for your help .. Thank you for the hospitality and the beautiful reception .. The hotel is beautiful and located in the city center close to the bus stop and all services.
