OkayNov 20195.0
The room was spacious & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good, although there is no desk lamp. There is a bluetooth speaker, which is nice, considering that we always enjoy some music in the room.
I think the hotel is badly managed. The check-in process was clearly inefficient. The check-in staff were very busy, however, they were not helped by the process. They had to keep walking back & forth to photocopy documents and to swipe cards. Why those machines were not handy to them? Plus, there was a counter dedicated to group check-in, but there was no sign to help guests. I needed to check in for my family of four, and had to wait for fifteen minutes until some staff came to ask me to move to another counter because it took too long with the lady in front of me, who tried to check in for a big group. During that time, no staff was trying to address my frustration. It seems that there was no front desk or hall manager. The breakfast buffet was also badly managed. I understood that it was a weekend, so it was busy. However, if there were not enough seats, they should have told guests to wait & queue outside, rather than letting everyone in and looking for a table by themselves. The buffet was thus quite a mess, like a flea market. The swimming pool is another disappointment, There was a clear a lack of taste. Why do they have the fake grass around the pool? It looked very uninviting.

I liked everything Pullman Hotel provided me with during my stay. The services of Executive lounge have been a pleasant bonus for me with a wide choice of foods, as I didn't expect anything special when booked that type of the room.
Some guests didn't behave themselves appropriately in Executive lounge (kids playing video games for hours, men lauging out loudly, guests from non-executive rooms, etc). And the staff (mainly ladies) cannot do anything with that as they should be polite. But the rules should be followed. So, the hotel shall take required measures to provide comfort of its guests in the Lounge.

The reception hall is luminous and spacious; same for our room: great mattress, clean spaces, very nice bathroom. There's a nice local seafood restaurant just opposite the street. ---- The overall atmosphere (crowd, surroundings) felt very Vietnamese
Facilities are definitely not up to a 5* hotel: the swimming pool is a shame (too small and too crowded. The walls were so high that I feel claustrophobic!), the gym is very small and not so well equipped, the lifts are always so crowded that took us 10 mins average to use them (and we're not staying during a special festive season!) ---- The overall atmosphere (crowd, surroundings) felt very Vietnamese
