Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful service, with several staff members going above and beyond, such as returning forgotten items and providing upgrades. The hotel's central location is appreciated for its convenience to city attractions and markets. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the food to be delicious. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, especially regarding linen and corridors, as well as issues with room size and maintenance. Some guests also noted that the rooms were smaller than expected and that amenities could be improved.
