Room was filthy, floor was full of sand, sheets in bed were stained, bathroom was dirty specifically the toilet. Toilet still had urine stains on lip of bowl and lots of hair around toilet. If you care about how clean your room is don’t stay here

Pros (+) The location was beach front. It also had beds for four adults to sleep comfortably (3 beds).
Cons (-) The room was dirty, had broken furniture, didn’t have blankets or towels for the four of us despite indicating our numbers. There was constant noise with construction outside.
