There was a hair in the bathtub and the jacuzzi didn’t work. The room was extremely small and you could hear people outside talking
Hair in tub. Tub not working. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast wasn’t good either. It’s too pricey for what it is

Everything but mainly staff, super friendly.
The hotel reference book was missing from my room, phone wasn't working well and took me ages to contact reception. A cup with hot water took like 40 min to arrive after ordering, had to call twice to ask for it. Apologies were offered though.
