Has so much potential- a small bar area with bar snacks would have good especially as it has a lovely garden. About 1 k walk to main restaurant area although closer options and expect moderate walk up hill if that’s a problem for you.

The place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and is well decorated. The staff was quite friendly. It has good spots for taking photos.
The windows were old, and all the noise and cold went through them, even when closed. You could hear all the noise coming from other rooms, especially in the morning. The a/c and bathroom extractor were very loud and the bathroom was a bit small. It has no parking.

This is my second time at this place. I love everything about it. The castle, the gardens, the medieval theme. Most of all, the staff! Kind, courteous, helpful and all I can say is how grateful I am for their help during my stay. Help with luggage, instructions, even taking pictures! If you are in the area... stay here! It’s an amazing adventure!

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. It's a real experience, great greeting, and every encounter with the staff makes you feel you go back in time. In short it was BRILLIANT, great place to stay even if it's just for one night!
Personally I think the breakfast should be more divers, I know in Chile the breakfasts are very simple, but for a place like this it could be a bit more excessive and spectacular, although it was really nice that they extended the breakfast time for us, it was a bit disappointing when we saw the breakfast.

Wow, what a unique treasure. Charming boutique hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable, excellent staff. I normally stay at the bigger hotels in the area but this was a real treat. Must try the Italian restaurant next door, first rate. Also a spa close by. For a once in a lifetime experience try the castle!
