Cons: Problems with keys cards and with registration system. 2 times it wasn't working. First of all, I lost my room with my luggage, second time I came back after breakfast, card do not work again.

Cons: - breakfast can have bigger variety . There were only two options - eggs,mushrooms, nuggets,sausages and second option was same eggs,nuggets,cheese balls,pancakes and something like pasta that was stuffed with something. Very poor variety of deserts , they barely changed during our 2 weeks of stay - when I booked the rooms for me and my colleague nowhere it was stated that this price is WITHOUT breakfast . We had to pay additional fee for that when we were checking in. After I am booking two rooms for 15 days it's more than clear that we would like breakfast . Usually night in a hotel comes with breakfast included, not additional. - pillows and bed were not very comfortable . Even after I connected the beds still it wasn't so comfortable

Cons: Junior suite is smaller than it looks in the pictures and its not worth the price we paid unfortunately. Same as breakfast, value is 15€ but I would pay for it maximum 7€, just because coffee was really good. Two mornings in a row staff were mutually fighting in the kitchen. My colleague booked standard room without breakfast and paid more than a half less and upon arrival they have room same as us, they have fruit basket, free drink coupons and breakfast included wich made me confused :) After I spoke with receptionist, they told me that they are running special guest promotion and they just won it (no any word to my colleagues regarding of winning special guest status as bonus). So it left us in unpleasant situation, but we are glad that someone was happy. One late evening around 10pm after hard and long day at conference me and my friend decided to call for a room service for prosecco as we wanted some bubbles to celebrate our trip but unfortunately receptionist said that everything was closed and no room service available, but we can go to sky bar for a drinks but it was not actually we wanted to do in pj's :/ We stayed 3 nights and toiletries was not refilled!! No eather used glasses and tea cups was replaced, wich I suppose to be done especially if you stay in 4 star hotel junior suite. The air was very dry, for those suffer from respiratory issues, need to prepare moisturisers. Also heard from many friends who stayed along with us. Well, lesson learned with radisson as it wasn't first stay in this chain hotel, all of them have too many minuses rather than + And I'm not fussy at all. Hope this review will help someone :)

Staff are helpful and friendly and I feel this hotel offers excellent value for money, we had a great stay in Vilnius!

Cons: For someone it could be indoor design. Just take look at the photo. If you don't have any objections so it will be really comfortable place for you. For us it looked a little bit strange but we liked it:) As far as I understand, hotel does not have priclvate parking and you may face issues with parking at the end of the day. However, we were really lucky guys and had parking slot in 5 meters from entrance.

Cons: We had early check-out and missing breakfast. The day before we asked the boy on reception to make some food boxes for us. He said “okay”. But in the morning, when we gave back keys from the room a woman on reception said us “Sorry, but my colleague forget to make boxes for you. Kitchen is closed now and I can’t help you”. As for me - it’s irresponsibly. And such accidents do not respond for the hotel level. Also I can advise for administration to put disposable slippers in the room.

Cons: The worst hotel I have ever been. Dirty bedsheets, soiled towels, smell like some one just throw up, unsanitary was everywhere. After we found that even the pillows were without pillowcases, we asked the girl at the reception to return our money and cancel the reservation since we didn't want to stay there anymore. To which she replied that she could not do this since there is no one available from management. Only she could do was to give us clean bed linen that we should change ourselves. I highly don't recommend to stay at this hotel even for one night!

Cons: You can hear all the noises outside your room almost as everything would happen in your room. Choose rooms as far as possible for the elevator. Breakfast.. every morning you have the same food - nothing changes. And if you stay more than 2 nights you will be bored with the food selection. My room's equipment was so old so it was almost traveling in time once you enter your room.

Pros: The stuff was super friendly. We arrived before the chek in to leave the bags, they served us breakfast and coffee even thouh it was too late for the breakfast. They helped us with everything. we were really amazed. The breakfast is very tasty, big range of choice, eerything is served on time.
Cons: The only two small things we didnt like, the taste of coffee at the breakfast (btw on reception coffee was tasty). And the upsence of the kettle in the room (but stuff served us with hot water any time we needed.)

Cons: No kettle in the room and very few plugs. Staff were mostly unhelpful and breakfast was very poor when the hotel is busy (they're very slow to bring out more food.)

Cons: Bed in double room consisted of two simple separate box-beds placed closely together. In the night these would separate and you were close falling down between the beds. Bring a rope to tie them together... A regular double bed would be much preferred. After three nights my back was a bit tired from sleeping in these relatively cheap beds, but it wasn't too much of a problem.
It was easy to hear neighbors, but we were lucky with ours, so no problem.
We had a car, so location was not a problem. But even without a car, you will be only 10-20 minutes walk to the central Cathedral square and further 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. It should be OK. Neighborhood is not interesting.

Cons:
Ecotel, being the biggest Economy class hotel in Vilnius, is located in the city center close to the business district and within 10 minutes walking distance from historic old town. Recent extensive renovation of the entire Hotel makes it preferred choice of the discerned budget, business and leisure traveller.
