Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues with housekeeping. Noise is a significant concern for several guests, with complaints about both external and internal disturbances, particularly from cleaning staff and lack of soundproofing. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are strong positives, improvements in service and noise control are needed.

The location is spectacular nestled in the historic town area of Pontevedra, easily walkable to dining, shopping and points of interest. The building itself is very adequate but a bit rustic. We stayed in room 104 which has two balconies overlooking the street. The staff was accommodating, pleasant and helpful, we would stay here again - especially as Camiño travelers.
