Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transport. However, many reviews highlighted negative aspects such as very small room sizes, uncomfortable beds, and issues with cleanliness. Service was also criticized, with guests mentioning poor communication, lack of staff presence, and unhelpful responses to requests. While the location is a strong positive, the overall experience was affected by these recurring problems.
