The room is well equipped and clean.
Luggage storage - there were no luggage tags. All luggages are placed in one big room. When I asked the staff that does it mean someone could accidentally take other's luggage, she was quite rude and said that people only pick up their own luggage. It is totally possible that a random person can walk into the hotel and ask to get a bag from the luggage room as they did not ask for any verification when I picked up my luggage and simply open the door for me.

Nice and modern hotel, not in central position but next to subway stop (in 15' you get Vienna's centre). There's a car parking, but is quite expensive (around 20 euro's/day). Staff is nice and speaks very good english. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is continental, rich and various.
