30 seconds walk from the train and bus with easy access to Venice or other parts of Italy.
Only single rooms they have are facing the front of the property which overlooks a car park. Can be a bit noisy in the morning with people parking.
Close to the Mestre station for easy access to Venice. Just off the main road enough to be quite. The hotel is small & clean, the room was clean & comfortable.
Breakfast is a bit expensive so we did not add that. But going into Venice there are plenty of great coffee & pastry shops.
Good location, quiet, walking distance to the important places, very clean, nice people...
The hotel has an exceptionally convenient location. It's a few minutes' walk from the railway station. It was very convenient to get to the hotel from Marco Polo airport in Venice by airport bus shuttle (direction Mestre railway station) even though my plane was delayed and I arrived late at night. The hotel is very quiet and the neighborhood looked safe (for a solo female traveler) even at 10 pm and in the early morning hours . FlixBus stop in Mestre is also very close to the hotel, which was a bonus for me. I stayed at the hotel in mid-January, and the nights in Venice got quite chilly. However, the hotel room was very well heated. It was possible to sleep without warm blankets (but the blankets were provided). I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there were several places with inexpensive and tasty traditional food near the railway station and a block from the hotel where I had dinner. A few blocks away from the hotel there is a small supermarket that works till 20 or 21 (which seems to be later than typical working hours for most Italian supermarkets). Wi-Fi connection was very strong. The bathroom had all the basic toiletries and a tower dryer which is invaluable if it rains. The room was quiet, I don't know if there were many people in the hotel because I didn't hear any of my neighbors and was happy about it. The room had a big and comfortable bed. There even was mosquito diffuser (and pads) (luckily there were no mosquitoes in January). Venice can be reached by train and the journey takes about 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop near hotel, but I didn't use buses. The daily public transport passes (I needed one to use vaporettos in Venice) can be purchased at the railway station. Overall, the hotel was a very comfortable place to stay at and spend all the time exploring Venice. It was great value for money.
