Acca Hotel

Dirty with bugs on the floor. The worst place I has ever to stay. No one at the reception afyer 13:00 pm. At night with bugs, I called Daniele and he said all the rooms were booked, and that I had to find another hotel İf I wanted at 1:00 am in the morning! So we had to sleep with insects in the room all over the carpet. ı am trying to upload pics on booking however there is an error occuring. The have just reimbursed me with one night. That is how they handle the situation. They won’t change anything. So please be careful. I didn’t want my money back I wanted nice people who would and should find a solution and gave a service and help. and not an arrogant person who finds a solution the next day by only paying your one night money and letting you go. This is not service and not human but just a dirty commercial approach. I am working with italians for so many years, never such a bad treatment! Se continuate ad essere cosi commerciale e a pensare solo a guadagnare quanto possibile e a mandare via la gente cosi infelici e senza valore , meritate di essere trattati come trattate voi cioe dai carabinieri e NAS.

Air conditioning not working during warm day. Room space very limited, not easy for 4 people to move. The restroom is super small specially the shower place.
