the view, tha air, the property landscape and activities. The cabin design, the terrace, well-equipped infrastructure, food was solid.
SPA was on repairs. No sauna, no swimming pool for adults. No good map coordination throughout the property, no zones for adults to rest - children are ok, but they occupy the only zone there is, for sunbathing - no escape. Waited more from SPA hotel, actually.

The place is just amazing... in the middle of the forrest, you might get whatever you want; this is place is the best place to stay if you’re in Valle.
There’s nothing you would dislike about the place... the only thing you might regret is not coming and staying in.

Surroundings were amazing. In the middle of the woods. Top design. Complimentary Nespresso in your room. Food at the restaurant was delicious. All staff were very friendly.
Too much noise. You could hear from your room kids playing at the pool. If you are looking for a quiet get-away weekend, this is not a good option.

Great food and rooms
Since the beginning of my booking I requested a room with a king size, since I was celebrating my wedding anniversary, when we arrived the room had 2 beds, we requested a change and the hotel did nothing.

People in the restaurant were really nice and helpful
Went with my parents and it was really dificult for them to climb the steep trail for the rooms, the distance was far from the main desk, restaurant and activities. There were no chairs or sofa in the room, only the bed. When it was raining there was nowhere to go to. Not for older people, they didn’t offer any entertainment during rain except for the bar and restaurant.
