The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond, making guests feel welcome and cared for. Many reviewers highlighted the peaceful and authentic Balinese atmosphere, with beautiful grounds and a tranquil environment despite being in a busy area.
