Cons: Dark parking lot in bad shape. Scary when you arrive at night and your room is on the very backside of the building. Then the room door looks like it has been kicked in before and the frame was just screwed back together and a flimsy chain added

Cons: Rude staff complaining bout my guest usage of pool, which was my wife & kids, that stopped by to visit.There were no other guests using the pool. Completely unacceptable and overpriced.

Cons: Absolutely NO water pressure in the shower. So shower not possible. This was huge for us because we had been outdoors at a cold horse show all day and were really looking forward to a hot shower.

Pros: My room was clean, comfortable bed and I was conveniently located close to eating establishments. Breakfast was offered but I didn’t take advantage of it. Maybe next time. I was too comfortable to get up early enough. The microwave wave and fridge were useful. Since I ordered delivery and had leftovers.

The Guy At The Front Counter Was Super Nice And Helpful When Changing My Room Due To It Being Bugs In The Room That Probably Could’ve Been Killed And Never Would’ve Saw Another One Which I Know Was Totally Out Of Their Control But I Don’t Do Bugs So He Understood And Put Me In Another Room. No Bugs, Everything Was Clean, Looks Exactly Like The Pictures Would Go Back.

Cons: Had a smoking room. Ugh. Like being in a giant ashtray. Supposely had no non smoking rooms available. Would not stay again.

Cons: The first room jacuzzi did not work so they had to move us at 3am. There were no sodas on the vending machine and no ice in the ice machine. The sheets were stained but we brought our own so that was no big deal. The maid knocked on our door at 9 am asking if we were going to check out even though check out isnt until 12. Also someone called the room right before the maid knocked, i am sure it was the front desk but he didnt admit to it. Will not be going back.

Cons: Yes , felt like a lock in. key to room did not work and they only got it right when we were getting ready to check out. So therefore we ended up in our room 1/2 Saturday because we did not have a key disappointed and a waste of money.

Cons: Not a good location. I would never take my family there. If there is a red light area in Tyler this would be it.Not the hotel itself but the one right out my window had a lot of shady activity all night. There's a gentleman's club across the street.

Cons: Company had booked and paid for the room but clerk was charging again for the room. There was an odor in the room. It seems like the outside had been remodeled but inside showed it had been build many years earlier. The breakfast food was not pleasing.

Cons: The room smelled terrible. Room wasnt cleaned very well I'm pretty sure there was blood on bottom of door to bathroom. One of the pillows on the bed looked to have mascara on it when we arrived.There was also a half smoked cig, a quarter, and a lighter all ready sitting in there. The phone had a hole on the side . White stains all over floor and mold on the divider in the room. The pictures of the hotel are very deceitful. The lady at checkout was not the nicest. The man upon arriving was very nice and talkative.

When I asked the difference, the clerk told me the OYO rooms were the refurbished rooms with new linens. I would stay in an older room with old linens. Although the room was clean and comfortable, nothing of this difference was mentioned on the website.
