It would have been better if you did not sell me a pre-paid room - Kayak not Marriott - to a hotel that was closed due to Covid-19. Still have not been able to get a refund for an unavailable stay. AWFUL customer service.
Bad check-in Experience
After the welcome greeting and the smile, everything else that followed went downhill. There was no disclosure on the amount being held on my debit card and what they comprise. There was an offer to send 4 bottled waters in my room that never happened. The free breakfast was not disclosed. Worse, when I inquired about the free breakfast, I was told there wasn't any and that it would cost me $17. The following day, a member of my team double checked the information and it was found out that we were in fact entitled to free breakfast. Mistakes happen but there was not even an apology provided.

I like the amenities the hotel offered and it was quit appealing to the eye as well.
I came to relax with my husband after a long work week. We spent all week around a lot of noisy and rambunctious kids, so we were hoping to escape that. This wasn't the case, unfortunately. I was very excited to see that the pool/hot tub were open 24 hours, I arrived at the pool around 12am. I had a lot of problems with my key card and my husband had to run back to the front desk to get it fixed 3 times, leaving me to stand there in the hallway and wait. Once we finally got into the pool area there was a lady there with her very hyper and loud 3 year old who was jumping from the pool to the hot tub. I stood there and waited to get in the hot tub hoping she would get the hint that her child was making it impossible to even get in without being splashed. I decided to just get in anyways and she proceeded to let her child just back and forth and even let her mall my husband and I. Later in our room we found that the food and drink we had put in the fridge hadn't even been kept cold. The refrigerator was totally hot! To top it all off I had jewelry (a white gold bracelet with blue footprint links) stolen wile I was there and the staff was less than eager to help me track it down. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again and I don't suggest it unless your trip is entirely centered around family. This is not a romantic/adult getaway at all, despite the spa and high end appearances and amenities.

Hotel is really starting to show its age. Did not think that the air conditioner is working as well as it should and room felt a little rundown.

I loved at the pool with on the third floor which is where my room was... It was also open 24 hours to my best friend and I got to go for a swim at 3 a.m. and act silly like we were dolphins and giggle like we were kids!
