Cons (-) torn and broken interior furniture, broken windows, broken glass window. paint ripping off wall. Hair in bath tub. metal drawers worn.old metal furniture...??? odd design. Door looked like it was broken into a few times. Felt unsafe. roach in bathroom. not clean. worn and torn up.
