Pros: This property is in a very good location, Close to the center, close to the ferries which takes you to the Egadi Islands and there is free public parking nearby. The rooms are very spacious and were clean.
Cons: Check-in at this property is at 15:30. In the morning I sent an email telling them that we will arrive at the property at 15:30. We arrived at that time and no one was at the reception. I phoned at the number I had and was told that he will be there soon. We waited for half an hour till the man at the reception arrived and could do the check in. It was not very pleasant after a five hour drive.
Pros: Location, the staff was very friendly and helfull - the girl at the reception explained us where what to see and and also where to find free parking.
Cons: The second double bed (foldable coutch/sofa) was very uncomfortable and I didnt sleep well at all - the Hotel should replace the existing one with a sofa having better mattress.
Pros: Very nice staff. She welcomed us at the reception and gave detailed instructions to park the car. She also helped us with the luggage. The location of the hotel is very good and close everything. We forgot a pair of glasses, they contacted us. I asked them how much it cost to ship I back, she even went to post office to ask the price, so so kind and helpful!

Pros: Everything was excellent, especially the staff. Breakfast was very good. The location is right in the center of all the fun things to do.
Cons: The location is very hard to find. Difficult to access as there is no street you can drive to in the front of the hotel. Definitely need to valet your car, which has a reasonable cost.
Pros: Comfort and design
Cons: Breakfast choices limited

Pros: Very amiable and helpfull host.
Pros: Breakfast was very good, Super bad for relaxing slip.
Cons: If you have over 100kg, the shower cabin is bit too small.
Pros: The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, he was full of suggestions and even helped us with our itinerary. He also makes a lot of effort at breakfast. Great coffee and good variety of pastries, fruit and local specialties. Parking is literally infront of the door and always available. Value for money is unbeatable since it is a great location to visit Erice, Trapani, Favignana or other sights by car.
Cons: Minor thing - Shower cabin in our room was a bit small, but still managable.
Pros: Excellent breakfast, very nice hosts
Cons: Came in February and the room was very cold. Took a couple of hours to warm up.
Pros: Easy parking, good breakfast, good wifi
Pros: The host is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and the beds comfortable. Well located as a hub to travel to sightseeing destinations in the Trapani area and just south of it.

Pros: Breakfast, very friendly hosts, good value for money
Pros: Everything was perfect.
Cons: Location, not a good vibe in the neighbourhood
Pros: Extraordinary nice hosts, great breakfast, with many options and homemade pastries, sooo delicious. Clean room with everything you need, comfortable beds. Good location to visit Erice, parking place just outside the window.
Cons: A bit noisy if you want to sleep with Windows open. But you can use air conditioning.
Pros: The best BB which we had on Sicily. Breakfeast excellent, room clean and cosy, quiet and safe area, no problem with parking, trattoria 3 minutes walking and marvelous Hosts. IT was sad to leave.
Pros: Very nice hosts and very good breakfasts :) Also, late check in was not a problem.
Pros: Host is very nice and breakfast probably the best we had in B&B. Highly recommended!
Pros: The best hosts I've experienced in many years. We had to go the kids hospital for an emergency, the host took us there, stayed with us to translate, and told us where to buy medicine. Appreciate it so much! In addition, I have to mention they have the best breakfast ever. Homemade cakes and Marmalade, taste super!
With a stay at Duca di Castelmonte in Trapani, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Pepoli Regional Museum and Trapani-Erice Cable Car. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The agriturismo was conveniently located, near Trapani, Erice, and Segesta, all of which were on our itinerary. The food we had was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly. The ground are beautiful and worth exploring. We sat out at night and saw shooting stars and an owl.
Cons: Although the evening meal was delicious, the atmosphere was unpleasant the night we ate there. There was a very loud children’s birthday party, which can be viewed as a typical Sicilian experience, but not enjoyable after a long day’s driving, in a room with hard tiled floors. Only after we ordered the 20 Euro three-course meal were we told that the main courses were limited to two set dishes rather than being able to choose from the menu. The meal included TEN starters, which filled us up so much that we couldn’t enjoy the pasta and risotto course that followed, which was a shame. Breakfast the next morning was a much more pleasant experience. We ate outside and enjoyed freshly baked cakes and cornetti. After dinner, we wanted to sit outside to watch the stars, but the lighting around the site was so bright that this was difficult. There was much noise from the party and from the other guests and employees that carried on long into the night. There is much to appreciate here, but it’s just not the kind of tranquil, private property we enjoy on a holiday.
Pros: We loved our stay at duca di castelmonte with our two kids (4 + 1). We had the glamping tent and that was nice and comfortable. The staf was very friendly and helpful, also to our kids. Breakfast and diner were tasteful. We made many trips in the surrounding, favignana on bikes was our favorite.
Cons: The playground can use a little bit renovation/ expansion.
Pros: The whole experience was just wonderful. The rooms very spacious and fully furnished and equipped adequately. The restaurant served tradition sicilian food which was nicely prepared and served. The pizza lives up to its reputation. Breakfast was also well served with anything from cereals, yogurts and fruit to cold cuts, cheese, bacon and scrambled eggs. We left for the airport before breakfast was served so they gave us a basket full of goodies the night before. They really know how to treat their customers. We would definitely go back again.
Cons: Probably more thicker and bigger blankets, it got quite chilly during the night and the air con's heater wasn't working properly in the bedroom.
Pros: I loved the restourant service, pizza and pasta handmade there. the Fish was cooked with pistachio, and it was one of the most amazing thing I ever tried. I liked also the garden and the animals, it s perfect for who want to be in the nature. They are surranded by oilve oils tree and cactus, this place is very romantic clean and rustic, excatly what I was looking for! It's also perfect for families with kid I noticed they have all the equipment for kid plays. Definetly raccomanded!
Pros: Charming and rustic stay outside of Trapani. It was a nice break from the busy days and driving and parking in towns and small villages. It was fun to stay in this 300 year old agriturismo that has been owned by the same family. It was an olive farm where they made olive oil until about 20 years ago. It’s very rustic but the rooms are clean and it is fun and something different. The family is amazing and wants to make sure everything is ok and that you have everything you need! We ate dinner both nights there and the prices are reasonable and the food is good. The restaurant was full both nights with locals...a good sign!
Pros: Dinner at the farmhouse was generally very good and the location was easy to access for the West Coast as well as the North Coast.
Cons: Breakfast was a little below expectations; accommodation was not quite as the photos indicated; animals and general grounds could do with a bit more TLC
Cons: Very nice atmosphere, friendly staf, excellent dinner.
In the heart of Favignana, Cave Bianche Hotel is within a 5-minute drive of Azzurra Cove and Ex Stabilimento Florio. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I think this is the best in Favignana, so we did not have a huge choice. I liked the style of the furniture and the design. The reception was also very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the hotel from and to the center and harbor was great.
Cons: The beds were a little bit hard and the room a little bit small for 4 (although we had 2 bathrooms). We had better in Sicilie. One guy at the reception did not speak one word of English (or French if he would liked) and was not friendly at all.
Pros: The fact that it was located in a quarry made it exceptional and the area was surrounded by a similar landscape which made it visually interesting. Very helpful staff, especially the young girl from Milano. Good organisation for bike hire and shuttle service etc. Beautiful rocky coves nearby.
Pros: Great pool and employees were very helpful. Free shuttle service from and to the port. Scooters and bikes available for rent on site. Reception will book everything for you. Overall great stay.
Cons: Breakfast is a bit weak.
Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: Bike rental, poor quality.
Pros: The staff was amazing. My sister had hurt her leg and they provided shuttle to the hospital and had someone from the staff stay with us and help translate. Could not have had a better experience here. They also helped facilitate a boat excursion with Emilio which was the highlight of my entire trip. The hotel is not that close to the city center but I loved that and it is really close to beautiful places to swim and snorkel.
Cons: It is a little far from the city center. But for me this was a good thing. Really nothing bad to say.
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Pros: Excellent swimming pool. Nearby beaches. Bike hire from hotel. Shuttle to town extremely helpful. Amazing restaurant recommendations from staff.
Pros: The whole resort is super impressive. The old quarry is designed immaculately as a hotel. The service at the front desk was amazing. They helped us with bike rental and a day cruise at one of the other islands. The breakfast was 5 star as well.
Cons: Acoustics of the room. You can hear every step of the guests staying above you.
Pros: We liked the Hotel Location inside White Caves. Rooms were wide and confy. Rental Service for bikes is really efficient.
Cons: Room cleaning could be improved. Really poor Service: Staff is generally not fit for a 4 star Hotel. Bfast is generally average, except for pastry, excellent. In general food and dish presetation level is really poor.
Pros: The hotel is in a really peaceful area and is a short cycle away from the town centre, which I quite liked, I wanted somewhere quiet. You are really close by to some absolutely gorgeous beaches. Lots of space to park bicycles. Rooms are on the smaller side but have enough room. I had a room that delightfully opened onto a terrace where I practiced yoga every morning. The breakfast was plentiful, although the man who helped at breakfast was very grumpy! Really nice fresh fruit and juice. This was all I had as I am gluten free and dairy free, but I bought my own yoghurt and had that. Lovely friendly staff who recommended some nice places to go and restaurants to eat in. Didn't use the pool but the staff around it were always very helpful too.
Cons: Being British I would have really liked a kettle in my room!
With a stay at Residence Cortile Mercè in Trapani (Trapani City Centre), you'll be steps from Palazzo della Giudecca and 4 minutes by foot from Villa Margherita. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: Perfect location near the station, the port, the beach, historic center, supermarkets, restaurants. Very kind and helpful personnel. Cosy atmosphere. Big bathroom, refrigerator, very spacy terrace!
Cons: Staff mostly Italian speaking. In the bathroom would be good to have hooks for the towels and flowers on the terrace. Light in the room a bit dark for reading.
Pros: Very good location. Staff are very nice although they did not speak English very well. The owner are super kind to arrange the taxi for me during my stay.
Cons: The elevator is too old, the room did not have kitchen as described in the booking.
Pros: Very well located near the city center of trapani and about 10 mins drive to the cable cars to Erice . The staff were very nice , helpful and welcoming
Pros: Great value for money and a great location in the heart of trapani
When you stay at Il Sole Blu in Trapani, you'll be in the historical district, within a 10-minute drive of Cathedral of San Lorenzo and Pepoli Regional Museum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: very well equipped room. Was quiet. Not expensive. Clean rooms.
Cons: the appartment was empty so i think if all rooms was busy then not so quiet. I think. The breakfast was only a croissant and a coffee.
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: There was a dusty smell coming out of the air conditioner, it needs cleaning.
Pros: The apartment is in a very good location. Close to the center. The room was big and clean. It has a nice atmosphere. We had enough space to put the belongings. The host was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice.
Cons: Because the windows of the room is facing to the main street and they were old, it was a bit noisy when the traffic was going. The breakfast was not served in the place but in a close coffee place. Around 1 minute walk.
Pros: clean and spacious accommodation new equipment nice and helpful staff
Pros: Owner gave me local information and also helped me book a last minute taxi to the airport.Rooms are cleaned daily,I had sunburn one day and I explained so and the left me in peace.Air con is fine and has tv.Good for people one a budget but 5 mins walk from the centre. Would use again if I need a stay in trapani
Cons: nothing,all good
Pros: Location is great, in walking distance to old city. There is very cheap parking place in the near. Rooms are spacious, clean and silent. We booked a room with two single beds but it was occupied when we arrived, so we got from owner two rooms - one for each person.
Pros: Excellent location, clean & spacious rooms. We had a delay and owner was so helpful, even though we arrived in the early hours in the morning.
Pros: The room was very clean and every day refreshed. The location close to the city centre.
Cons: The room was situated to the main street which was very noisy. I could not image to sleep there without earplugs. We were struggling to check-in. Wi-fi did not work so was not the fridge. The breakfast was very poor something sweet and coffee provided by the cafe nearby it is not a proper B&B.
Pros: Great landlord, very good service and a very nice place. I can just recommend
With a stay at Tiziano Hotel in Trapani, you'll be a 4-minute drive from Port of Trapani and 5 minutes from Cathedral of San Lorenzo. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Private parking inside the gates area. Reasonably easy to find.
Cons: Not a new hotel, not a 4-star hotel. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Didn’t feel welcomed to the hotel nor breakfast. At the breakfast YOU need to request coffee, tea, toast and meat, personnel didn’t offer anything.
Pros: A modern hotel with private parking, very comfortable large room, and in close proximity to the pedestrian zone of Trapani. Breakfast was ample, with a wide range of choices. The hotel is a great base for exploring the salt flats, Marsala, and Erice as well as Trapani itself.
Pros: New hotel, very pleasant colours, comfortable, convenient localisation, parking, friendly staff.
Pros: The room was modern and very clean. The staff was excellent. We had secured off street parking for our rental car. An elevator is available which is a plus. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The location was near the port, but a 10 minute walk into town. It was fine for us since we enjoy a walk.
Pros: Safe parking.
Cons: Breakfast very poor.Room bar empty only two bottles of water.
Cons: Unfriendly, staff were irritated with us and the location was stuck in the back Harbour not near tourist spots. The fault was ours! The staff has no idea which buses to catch maybe s language problem.
Pros: Nice hotel, we needed to wait for our room but we got offered a coffee during the waiting. Kind personnel, breakfast isn't amazing but sufficient. The shower is really good but not as clean.
With a stay at Erice Hotel in Erice, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Pepoli Regional Museum and Trapani-Erice Cable Car. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
Pros: Proximity to Erice on the mountain. Price is reasonable compared with other locations in Trappani.
Cons: Very difficult to find due to one-way system
Pros: The staff were very helpful at all times and would be the main reason to return another time.
Cons: Not really but some people might not like the location.
Pros: It was good clean and comfort hotel, with good service and a nice location
Pros: The people on reception were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and the hotel was near the beach in a quiet neighborhood in the city.
Pros: The personel was very helpful and freindly. If you have a car then this hotel is very good for its price. It is quite far from the city and walk downtown is quite long, but on the other hand you are away from noice.
Pros: Efficient friendly staff, clean modern facilities
Cons: No restaurant in hotel except breakfast, nearest restaurant 1km away, walk to restaurant a bit intimidating. Hotel too far from town to walk there
Pros: friendly staff, facilities in good shape, close to the beach
Cons: the hotel is not close to downtown Trapani, and the public transportation is not very good, so we had to take a taxi to go back and forth
Pros: A nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They recommended a restaurant to us where we had the best food of the holiday. It made our first night in Sicily very pleasant.
Cons: The position of this hotel on the map does not coincide with its position in reality. As the name suggests it is in Erice. Also the neighbourhood looks scary though we had no problems.
Cons: The restaurant was not open. The gym facility was not available.
Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English. Hotel was pretty easy to locate, there are plenty of signs around town. Services are very limited, very simple breakfast included...pastries, bread, juice, coffee, but it was very fresh and good. The bar was not really stocked and they had no ice at all, drinks were really warm. But I must say that the best part about staying there was the staff!
Cons: The surroundings where it's located are not very attractive, but for the price and location...you can't beat it! Also walking distance to the beach, and there is one supermarket on the block and a great pizzeria!
Best rooms in Trapani
When you stay at I Giardini di Elencosta in Trapani, you'll be 10 minutes by car from Saline di Trapani and Paceco Natural Reserve. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and a library. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided at no charge.
Pros: The breakfast was outstanding. Excellent variety and everything homemade !
Pros: We loved everything about this place. The location is good, you can visit all the main sightseeing on west, north/west and south/west Sicily. We mostly see the Trapani region. The place is breathtaking, really nice garden with siting areas and the pool is amazing. Our room was cosy and very clean. We have a french balcony. In room you have AC and little fridge. There is shared kitchen very well equipped, lovely shared siting area, nicely designed and terrace with beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was amazingly delicious, every morning some freshly baked sweets, best sicilian sandwiches... The whole family is very friendly, we feel very welcomed. They have the best pool parties, we enjoy it very much! Highly recommended!
Cons: There is nothing, just maybe the knowledge of English language to communicate easier.
Pros: Very nice rooms. Owners are very nice. Very convinient location to explore west of Sicily.
Cons: As rooms are not apartments it is kind of tricky with food as you have to drive somewhere to eat. There is pizza store close by. We would appraciate fridge in the room but as it wasnt hot weather it wasnt big deal.
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable. Pool amazing on a very hot day. Very large common area/lounge for relaxing. Breakfast was incredible.
Cons: As the B&B was advertised as English speaking B&B, we have started the conversation, but soon learned that the only English speaking person is the son of the owners and by saying bedroom he pretty much exhausted 50% of his English knowledge. (This is not his fault obviously) What is not in the advert, is that the pool is not for residents only...it is a public pool for everyone who is willing to pay a small distribution to the owners. What is also missing from the ad, that there is loud disco music played by the pool all day, and by loud, I mean disturbingly loud. So if you are a family with kids, forget the afternoon nap as even with closed windows, the BuM BuM buM music can be heard in every corner of the house. Forget reading a book, spending quality time with your kids in the pool, or simply just relax, as at some point we've counted 24 none residents in and around the pool...smoking and shouting...even a smaller fight broke out while we were there. We have highlighted our concerns to the owners 5 times. At one point we, as a family of 4 have been told that we are not allowed to have four sunbeds as the villagers are coming later and they need beds too....in otherwords the locals and friends have been put before the customers. Our requests have been ignored so we've contacted booking.com customer service. Interestingly the owners came to us almost immediately with a slightly overheated attitude and questioned why did we contact booking.com...imagine all this translated via google translator as they do not speak a single word of English dispite the ad. After that we have been told many non-professional things (e.g the maintenance of the pool costs a lot, the mortgage has to be paid....etc.)As much as we feel for anyone having difficulties, these were the last things that we wanted to hear on our holiday, as we are not there to help but spend quality time as a family
Pros: The breakfast was amazing. The people were lovely. It was an authentic Italian stay. Facilities were great and clean. Car park included.
Cons: ‘As the crow flies’ it is close to Trapani, but to drive on the road it’s further than booking.com indicated. We were there on a Saturday night and there was a town pool party in the residence which was very loud. Music stopped at midnight however the music and people kept us awake.
Pros: Our host Giusy was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The room was super clean. The entire family was extremely nice and welcoming. Location was great. Highly recommend.
Pros: Hidden within a normal Sicilian town, you find this Gem. The place where you can feel and taste true Sicilian passion. Great honest hosts, give utmost care that you are taken care of. Pool is shared, it’s around 15 meters long with jacuzzi more than what one would normally expect at a B&B. Rooms are spacious and property has a shared kitchen with washing facilities. Overall I think property is more than just a B&B. Well done.
Cons: Nothing - keep it up
Pros: Fantastic place with very comfy beds and ac. We had a junior suite with 2 separate doors, 2 tvs and 2 acs. Breakfast was very good too especially the rikotta torta
Cons: Everything was ok. Maybe we could have been given more toiletries.
Pros: Ciccio is an excellent host. The breakfast was outstanding. The BnB is close to the square. Enrice is a perfect day trip from Paceco.
Pros: Great family run business. Lovely experience there.
Pros: Hospitable, friendly, helpful, English speaking owner. High standard rooms, clean, neat. Breakfast according to visitors' wish, delicious coffee.
Cons: I regret that I had only one night there ;)
Pros: Very nice owners, who were ready to help us and fulfill our wishes as much as possible. They gave us all the infos we needed. The house is very nice with big rooms and nice shower, with good breakfast (on a private garden!) and perfect coffee. Definitely one of the best stays in Sicily! We would love to come back :)
Pros: Great communication, perfect location and clean rooms.
Cons: Same breakfast all the time.
Pros: Francesco is a warmhearted person who invited us for a BBQ in his garden. We wanted to stay close to Trapani airport, this location was very good. Everything was very clean. A baby crib was also available for our little boy.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: The owners of the B&B are very friendly. I was invited for dinner and had a very nice evening. Thanks for your time! Beside that, it's a comfortable, clean and big room. So everything was perfect.
Located in Trapani, Il Quadrifoglio is within a 5-minute drive of Pepoli Regional Museum and Trapani-Erice Cable Car. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Hospitality of the owners and staff was excellent and the facilities are fantantist value for money. Spotlessly clean and great breakfast.
Cons: Nothing really. Only slight negative was the location on edge of town, so a car is essential. However the location is more than offset by the amenities and excellent service.
Pros: Clean and very comfortable. Nice hostess. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Location near freeway and not In center, but center just 5-7 min driving as to cable station to Erace. Good view to Erice mountain and also free parking if you by car.
Pros: It was awesome out there The staff everything.. i cant wait to see the piace again
Pros: The facilities and the owners, and the service was excellent
Cons: It was abit difficult to find. I believe that it was on the outskirts of town
Pros: It is placed in a very quiet location and the view of Erice is incredible.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: It was a little noisy for short periods.
Pros: perfect breakfast and very pleasure owners.
A stay at A Babordo B&B places you in the heart of Trapani, within a 10-minute walk of Cathedral of San Lorenzo and Port of Trapani. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
Pros: Comfortable, easy to park, lovely location very near to the water.
Pros: The room was nice. Comfortable mattress and the shower is a dream.
Pros: Lovely room, very helpful staff. Great location.
Pros: The room was okay.
Cons: Although we agreed by telephone about our arrival time nobody was there when we arrived. A friend of Annalisa should be there but we had to call up to him before he came. We found in our room a map of the town and a voucher for the breakfast next morning, only 1 coffee and 1 croissant, in a bar in the neighbourhood. The day after Annalisa should be there at 08.30 but came too late. Breakfast again was very simple : coffee, cold drink and a sandwich. No room cleaning at all. No professional attitude of Annalisa.
Pros: The lady at the reception was super nice, helping us out with car rental and tips on what to see and do.
Pros: The host is very nice
Pros: For our last night in Sicily we couldn’t have picked a better place. We had a car rental but were able to find a parking spot (meter) out on the Main Street below the accomodation. It was a Sunday so maybe less busy. Annalisa was here to greet us and is a delightful host who goes out of her way to welcome you and give tips about where to eat etc.......The bedroom and bathroom were spotless as was the reception/common room area. I am writing this whilst sitting on the terrace overlooking the harbour eating a delicious ricotta croissant. Highly recommend A Babordo B&B!
Pros: Excellent location. Great Sicilian Breakfast at the terrace with views to the port and sea.

Pros: Our room was comfortable and quiet (facing the back), which was a big plus. Espresso machine in the room was a welcoming feature. The front desk staff helped us with all transportation needs, looking up bus schedules, ordering taxi, etc. good breakfast too! And a good path for a run by the ocean right in front of the hotel.

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage. Guests may use a ferry terminal shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: it was cheap.
Cons: The location is far from the old town, so far to walk especially with children. The apartment also has no windows, so no views or air. The only windows face the communal stairs so you can hear a lot of nose, also sensor light come on during the night. City tax was £1 per person per night as per the booking confirmation but when we left we had to pay 2euro per night per person. So be careful of this.
Pros: It was very easy to park and a walkable distance to the center. Place was clean and had all you needed. Kitchen is a plus if you are tired of eating out every day.
Cons: It felt like a business transaction and when I travel I expect a bit more than that. There was a person to make the check in very rapidly with pre-made answers of where to eat and visit.
Pros: Spacious apartment, good for a one night stopover in Trapani before catching a ferry. Nice to have a kitchen to prepare own meals as quite far walk from city center, however very few basic amenities (needed to buy salt, pepper, oil) also useful to have a washing machine, but no detergent provided. Good wifi and staff were helpful with info about free parking and getting to the port.
Cons: We had to wait 10 mins at the door, with no one answering the door bell or one of the listed phone numbers, then another 5 minutes after someone answered the phone and we said we were out the front. The room smelt of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. As mentioned above, lacking in a few useful amenities and cooking basics that would’ve been helpful.
Pros: Basic coffee and pastry
Cons: Location, no windows and general feel of the place

Pros: Room was great, bathroom was amazing, huge and spotless.
Cons: Bar was a bit hit and miss
Pros: The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very nice surprise was the complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The central location of the hotel was good.
Cons: Breakfast was good, however all food choices were not always available if we wanted to eat a bit later. The breakfast experience was not the most relaxing experience as on 3 of the 4 mornings they were rearranging the tables obviously for later in the day or the next morning.
Pros: The room was absolutely stunning! Excellent location with warm staff!
Cons: It was within walking distance of the beach, great restaurant and ferry. Beautiful place. Would definitely visit again.
Pros: Good location, large city parking nearby with small tax.
Cons: Nothing to report.
Pros: Welcoming reception & night porter. Enormous room with tasteful modern decor. Sitting and working area for business people. Kettle and mini bar. Beautiful & clean throughout. Walk through wetroom style rainfall shower. Toiletries. Good breakfast.
Cons: Only criticism ~ the breakfast room was huge & rather characterless
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The mattress was hard as stone. Could not sleep on my sides. Used an extra blanket to cushion the upper part of the bed.
Pros: Central location, room immaculate
Cons: Sound-proofing non-existent. Around midnight one night someone started doing some maintenance work. It reverberated through the building. I even heard him coughing at one stage. There is tea/coffee and a kettle in the room - but they provide no milk. When asked, they provided some - and charged me for it. That pettiness annoyed me.
Pros: Stayed here before and will come back again. Easy to find a parking space in the evening (though parking at the square is not free anymore (as it used to be). Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean. Good breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. You can easily drive to Palermo for a day trip.
Cons: (One evening we noticed two men suspiciously sneaking around the public parkinglot in front of the hotel, trying to get a look inside the cars. Moved on to another part of the square when they saw us. But I never leave valuables in the car anywhere anyway... and nothing happened.) A bit difficult to find a place to park during daytime at the square in front of the hotel.
Cons: The matrass was rather hard.
