Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, a significant number of guests were dissatisfied with the absence of an elevator, which made accessing upper floors difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Noise from nearby bars and restaurants was a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for some. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others wishing for more variety or better quality. Overall, the positive aspects centered on location and service, while noise and lack of elevators were notable drawbacks.

Pros (+) Location is the best. On city center with lots of shops and travel agencies around. Staff are kind and helpful.
Cons (-) Rooms carpet and interior furnitrures are very old. Beds are ok! Some double rooms are too small and bathroom is terrible! Our room was too small and we asked to change and they were kind to move us to a triple room.
