The morning receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, taking my bag for me when I had to check out and move room. My fault for needing another night at the last minute.
The evening receptionist wasn't very helpful when I asked to stay another night. He said to come back at 10am to book the room for €65. Back in my room, I booked it for €57 on booking.com. He did not even suggest this as an option and I was surprised to find it cheaper. When I asked for my bag back the next day, he made me collect it from the office myself and didn't offer to help me up to the fourth floor. The guy on my arrival had, but I said no and thanked him. It was nice that he offered though.
The staff in the morning were more helpful.
We were not given any info about the underground parking even though I sent a message. On arrival we were not told we had to order breakfast. The room was too small even for 1 person plus no wardrobe.
Very clean, nice location, friendly staff
Sorry, I am filling out this form for my partner, Yves Langlois, for whom I did the reservation. He only stayed one night in Toulouse and did not have the time to tell me all the details. But he liked the location, since he had to take the train the next morning. (I think there was no window in the room, because he told me I would not have liked the windowless room. Thank you.
