Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found the beds comfortable and the rooms generally spacious. However, many were dissatisfied with the lack of on-site staff or reception, as most services were handled online, making check-in and addressing issues inconvenient. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others mentioned dirty linens or furniture. Breakfast and amenities were considered average, with some positive remarks about variety but also complaints about quality and temperature. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and comfort but criticized for impersonal service and outdated furnishings.
