Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews reveal significant issues with cleanliness, service, and bed comfort, with many citing dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, and uncomfortable beds. However, several guests appreciated the hotel's amenities, such as pools, entertainment, and family-friendly facilities, as well as its convenient location near local attractions. While some found the value acceptable and enjoyed the breakfast or spa, the overall experience was often marred by maintenance problems, outdated rooms, and inconsistent service.
