Was quite noisy until 1am because you can hear straight through the walls. So depending on the other guests experience may vary. Otherwise good.

Great location (less than 10-minute walk from two different stations). Great room service. The guy who's responsible for breakfast reception is really friendly.
Personally i don't like the breakfast that much. There may be more tofu and Japanese style food.

our stay at Via Inn, was great, front desk receptionist was very pleasant, and an easy and smooth check in. Rooms are normal size for Japan, and the location was near the shrine. Very pleasant stay.
The breakfast reviews were pretty bad, so we did not include breakfast, and after seeing what they served, we were glad we didn't. Overall still great hotel.
