Only thing I didn’t like was having to leave
Other than the incident, everything was nice! Unlimited beer is a great idea! Staff were friendly Bed was very comfortable and space efficient whilst also being luxury Very fashionable and beautiful place, well worth the money
In the middle of the night I was awoken by someone slowly opening my blinds in a mixed door. I quickly had my bed changed by a member of the overnight staff, but other than having my room changed, nothing was further done until I followed up another member of staff later that day, who had just heard about what happened and promptly looked into it. Clearly the information was not relayed from the overnight staff, and I'm not even sure anything was done about the whole situation. I understand that this could happen to anyone anywhere by some creeps, and it's not the fault of the hostel that this has happened, but I think it is important to lay out a procedure in case this does happen again. I stayed for one more night after the incident but am unsure whether anything was done about the person, I was just apologised to by the staff and told it would be taken care of, which was nice, but not very reassuring. Once again, I know it is not the fault of the hostel that this has happened, and that this can happen in any other hostel. I do, however, hope this never happens again, but in case it does, I hope proper procedures are carried out, eg relaying information to staff and either evicting the person sneaking into people's doors at night or something equally responsive to make the other guests feel secure. Even now I am unsure whether the guy is still in the hostel or whether they kicked him out, and I had very little sleep as a result of it.
Very much appreciative for Klara at the front desk staff. A life saver, and exceptionally helpful during these uncertain times of Covid-19. Went above and beyond to help
Free coffee and common space. Staff always clean up the tables. The third floor is quiet and cozy.
No view from the bedroom.
I loved the free beer (between 5-6pm), the bag of free amenities, the co-working space, and most of all, the friendly staff!
I shouldn't complain about the lack of private space as it is a capsule hotel in the end. But it would've been more comfortable if each "capsule" was a little bigger so we have a space to change. The bed fills up the whole space.
