Staff friendly, good location near Ikebukuro Station.
I am sorry to say it, but the cleaning was not good. In the common bathroom, and shower sections, there was a lot of personal objects such as soap, shampoo, razors, etc, that seems to be there since long time ago, despite the signs everywhere that clarly says "PLEASE DONT LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL OBJECTS HERE". It was a bit disgusting to see that, kinda looks like some ppl lives there, I dont know. Also, the sockets for electricity, at least the one that was in my bed, was way too loose, barely can charge my cellphone. They should replace it!

Staff very friendly, room was super clean with window, good cheap breakfast. Good location. I would definitely stay here again. Great value!

Only about a 5 minute walk to/from Ikebukuro station using the C6 West exit. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Room was clean and even though it was small it was enough for sleeping in at the end of the day. Staff were friendly and made checking in and out a breeze.
Would have liked a few more options for the 350 yen breakfast set.
