Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location near train stations, restaurants, and attractions, making it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. Service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, with staff assisting guests efficiently. Cleanliness is also highlighted, with several reviews noting well-kept rooms and facilities. However, a few reviews mention noise from nearby trains, small bathrooms, and some outdated facilities, but these are outweighed by the positives.
