The rooms were very comfortable and well located close to subway and train stations. The rooms are extremely clean and staff very helpful. We had breakfast a few times and the buffet was very generous and yummy.
Very close to metro line, nice area. Overlooks baseball stadium, rugby stadium up the road. Very geared towards RWC. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Bigger than average room
Spotlessly clean and the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. When we opened the window vent we could hear the construction next door but when closed it was completely silent. Loved the shower room and bath. Great location to easily explore Shibuya and Shinjuku. Spent 24 hours in the room because of Typhoon Hagibis and were very comfortable. Convenience stores nearby, including small Family Mart on the bottom floor of building.
Air con was very powerful which is great, but no opening windows means the air was quite dry, even with humidifier running.
Unfortunately stayed whilst Typhoon struck Tokyo. Rooms were unable to be made up for 2 days. Staff did try there best under the circumstances. I would stay again.
Great staff.Room was spacious and very clean
