Convenient location within 7 minutes walk from Kanda Station with lots of restaurants nearby and on main metro train line with easy access to Tokyo station Staff member, Saito was fantastic. On the night of our stay, our flights back home were canceled due to the typhoon, we were struggling to contact our airline, JAL and Saito helped us to call the number (which we couldn’t access from our hotel phone?)and allowed us to use the hotel phone for over an hour while we waited to speak to the operator. His english was excellent (I think he was Filipino) and he also helped us fax through our passport details, we were so appreciative of Saito and all his efforts to help us return home! Laundry in hotel with coin operated washing machine and dryer - big plus in central Tokyo! Extra complimentary items- they had a drawer of complimentary items such as razor, toothbrush etc...near reception which guests could access for free
Very compact rooms - the room is literally only big enough for a double bed pushed up against one wall and a walkway with a small shelf for the tv. We couldn’t open our luggage without blocking off the walkway. Also the bathroom was one of the smallest I have seen but it does have its own private shower and toilet with small basin that shares the same tap head as the shower. Good for short stays. Whilst Saito was fantastic, the next morning when we checked out and he was not there but two of his colleagues were, we asked the front desk to book a taxi, they said because of the typhoon they couldn’t book us one and we would have to go out onto the street (heavy rain, windy and not many cars let alone available taxis) and find one ourselves. We tried for about 10 minutes but any taxi we did see was booked so we got an Uber instead and they arrived within 10 minutes, would definitely use them next time.
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable
Nice staff. Close to JR station.
The personnel were very friendly and helpful.
The WIFI could be better. The connection dropped constantly while I was surfing the internet or videos.
