Good Location near to metro line. Friendly helpful staff good check in and out.
Rooms a bit small.
Hotel Gracery Shinjuku is located in a busy and partying area. A myriad of different food and drink choices for any budget. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is so helpful. I look forward to staying here again the next time I come to Tokyo.
Godzilla greeted me upon my arrival. The hotel was located in the entertainment area of Shinjuku. Nightlife was all around. The room was a little small but as expected in Tokyo. The bathroom was great. Breakfast in the morning had a good variety of local and western selections to choose from.
V good location
Beds are super tiny and uncomfortable, staff didn't care when we asked to change
Perfectly positioned in Shinjuku Felt very safe staff extremely efficient and helpful Room big for Tokyo
Beds were a little hard
