Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and scenic location near Ueno Park and major stations, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of amenities provided, including comfortable beds, onsen baths, and thoughtful room touches. Breakfast was generally well-received for its quality and variety, though a few guests noted limited options or cold food. The most common complaint was the small room and bathroom size, which is typical for central Tokyo, but most guests felt the positives outweighed this inconvenience.
