Authentic japanese breakfast. I love their snow carrot smoothie too! Very warm and friendly staff. Clean hotel and close to the center :)
The rooms, even though rather small, have everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. They give you a feeling of having your own little apartment in Tokyo. They have a hot spring that is perfect for relaxing and a free shuttle bus for the station.
Pola Aroma Ess toiletries are always my favourite. Breakfast was good but could do with changing the menu a little daily. Stayed for 3 nights and everyday breakfast was the same spread. Kids loved the free ramen.
Too many people in the public bath. Had to queue up to use the showers. Did not feel clean probably due to so many people using it at one time.
We loved the proximity to anywhere we wanted to get to because we were right by a subway station. The room is small but completely adequate for a short stay and the hot springs were amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
No negatives. If we’d been staying longer the lack of storage for clothes would have been a problem.
Having an onsen in the middle of Tokyo is definitely a plus. The surrounding area is pretty nice. About 15 min walk to Tsukishima, where we had monja yaki., an interesting variation of okonomiyaki. I left my phone in another hotel. They sent is to here and I received it on check-in. Only had to pay 907 yen (shipping fee). Constantly impressed by the honesty and good service in Japan.
The room is also small, but understandable in Tokyo. But the bed said for two people is too small.
