The staff upgraded room for us.
The view on the river side was great, the room had a kettle, fridge and sink, and the staff were all lovely.
There wasn't a meat free set breakfast option, although you could put something together from the mini buffet.
Excellent location, right by the metro, staff were amazing and friendly and spoke excellent English. The shower was good and the balcony was nice. Foot bath was beautiful with amazing views. Would stay again if in the area.
Pillows were a bit tragic and the female onsen time always finished at 20:30 so I was always out and never got chance to use it.
Good view and good location. I like noodles at 9:00pm. And the onsen is very good too. If you come from the train and want to use elevator, take the exit a2b and turn right.
It is near to the famous Asakusa Temple (淺草寺) and very close to the metro station.
The hot spring on the tenth floor is only available before 8 pm for women, and this makes it impossible for us to try the hot spring while returning to the hotel around 10 pm or so.
