Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, attentive and friendly service, and outstanding breakfast offerings. The beautiful garden, relaxing pool areas, and well-maintained amenities were frequently highlighted, as was the overall welcoming and tranquil atmosphere. While a few guests noted issues with room allocation, outdated keys, and lack of in-room fridges, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives, with many guests highly recommending the hotel and expressing a desire to return.
