Pros (+) Location was near lots of restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Pros (+) Fine for my purposes. Probably not suitable to families due to a generally rough (red light) neighborhood at night. Clean, easy, simple bordering on bare-bones.
Cons (-) I was surprised our room didn't have a window to anywhere other than the interior courtyard.
