The hotel is in a good location very are accessible for my needs the city of Tijuana All the people all employees there was helpful And friendly the oly problem I have with this hotel is the elevator the elevator was I'm working correctly you have to go upstairs and pick up the elevator to come down to pick up your baggage or if you are upstairs level you have to go down floor by floor to found the elevator to come and pick up your logges to don't have to carry to the upstairway

The Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel location was very good. Oxxo store right across the street, as well as good restaurants and stores.
The hotel seems to have seen better days. The rooms are very outdated. One of our rooms smelled like mold and in the other room, our bed's mattress seemed sinked in the middle. We changed both rooms and we're seriously considering looking for another hotel. I would not recommend this lace specially if you have kids. Parking was also a bit of hard. TV had many channels without volume..
