Pros: The staff are courteous, helpful and cheerful, the service is excellent and generally one gets value for money

Pros: Staff are really nice. Especially the ones in the resturant, they are super active and attentive with the needs of the people. I enjoyed the attentive of the staff during my breakfast at the resturant

Cons: The washrooms near the resturant need to be kept clean. There is a foul smell when you enter the washroom.

Pros: Excellent staff, attention to details and ready to improvise. I found many of the restaurant boys and chefs remembering the guest and making sure they get what they want. One of the chef's, Godwin, made sure I had what I liked every morning.

Cons: A la cart delivery to room is very late and found continental dishes with insufficient quantities. At the buffet (breakfast or lunch) the delicatessen-spread was either all chicken or not at all, unless specifically asked for Ham & bacon.

Pros: Beds were comfortable!!

Cons: I found the duty staff at the reception very rude, unprofessional, do not attend things on time and very laid back. I was told a double bed will be provided but found two single beds in my room. When I called the manager insisted and kept saying they have no double beds but single and king beds. I asked him to change to a room with a king bed he said 'No'. He later agreed they would join the two single beds to make a double but never came. I was using the same face towel for three days. I literally begged to get a new face towel the third night I was there. The area has no good restaurants so guests are forced to use terrace restaurant. When I arrived I had 6000 rupees which I exchanged from the airport. I was planning to exchange money next day. However, the receptionist and duty manager demanded I get access to the room only after I pay the whole 3 nights rent. Finally they agreed to give access to me when I paid all the 6000 rupees with me. I had no money left even for my dinner. Later, I approached the reception and asked if they could exchange some money for me to have dinner but they refused. This was a terrible hotel and main staff are unprofessional and rude.

Cons: Nothing to mention..... Because it was a pleasant stay for us in all manners and no bad comments for us.Really liked the premises of SP GRAND DAYS.

Cons: Very dissapointed. Hotel not well maintained, corridors too dirty. Rooms not clean and cupboards were broken. Water pressure in bathroom was very bad. Overall very bad. Will not stay there anymore

Pros: A delightful and quirky little hotel with 'attitude' is the nearest I can describe it. The window into the bathroom - quirky and fun! The little messages of 'happy happy' and 'smile' and positivity whether on toiletry packaging or staff badges made you smile back in return. The hotel has a grand entrance and the staff are absolutely the best part of the hotel for friendliness, and responsiveness. Restaurant staff may have been a tad over attentive but you can't help but love 'em. 5 Star rating for value for money.

Cons: The carpeted corridors leading to the rooms could do with regular vacuuming, or replacing altogether with tiles. The small square tiles near the sink and the walk in shower were unnecessary, and roughly done, although the bathroom was quite clean overall.

Cons: 1. Reception don't have air conditioned turned on.what logic to turn it off. Management needs to understand if you don't take care of employees how do they perform well. Guys looking all sweaty and wet is not wat a guest wants to experience in the reception. I understand you are here to make money but at least a fan on the checkin counter and one fan near visitors area wouldn't add more cost. Employees are assets and if they are irritated thats the face you are projecting to the guests.

Pros: Staff in the check-in counter, housekeeping , restaurant namely sujit, vishnu, iyyappan and fathima were prompt in their service.

Cons: Lack of sofa or chair in the room. The revolving deskside chair was broken. TV could do with replacement in room 309

Cons: Free Airport pickup was promised then broke the trust and asked for money, left my parents stranded. Continuos power outages , no generators which is not suited for a standard hotel . Air conditioniting was very poor or non existent. All the extra services or items you use from the hotel are extremely expensive. Staff try to tell you reasons rather than trying to solve issues.
