10.0 Wonderful
The rooms were spacious and clean. The living room was nice. The pull out couch was not very comfortable. The pool area was nice and the dip in the pool felt great on a hot day! Breakfast was great.

4.0 Mediocre
I have been to this hotel several times in the past. The last time we went it was kind of run down. We decided to stay here again because online it said it had recently been renovated. When we got to our room it really did not seem like that was the case. The air conditioner seemed like it shut off in the middle of the night every night. Which in Phoenix is not a good thing. I don’t know if they have some sort of remote for these things, but it was very frustrating. The room itself was run down as well. The bathroom tile looked like it was falling apart and the paint on the door was dirty. We tried to use the TV and the remote was dead. So I called the front desk , however no one answered. I tried a couple of times but still no answer. I finally went up and got batteries myself. The beds were very comfortable though. We were also placed next to the elevator and the ice machine which made for noise throughout the night . Call me crazy but I don’t think I would put these two items next to a room. Together that is. I think they should put one on one end and the other on the other end. Because with them both together it just created way too much noise . Very disappointed with the Hilton brand.

Pros:Location OK but our room was right above the interstate and traffic/trucks were loud all night. No way to block out those noises. Only got about 4 hours of sleep each night.
Cons:No drain plug in bathroom sink - I was afraid something (ring?) would fall down drain and be lost forever. Clock time incorrect but I had to be reset by maintenance. Front door said “wear masks” but no other reminders around pool & very small hot tub. Decreased staff / long line to check in

Pros:Breakfast buffet served in the room where people were eating even though there was an open, empty room right next door. Could have been used as to improve social distancing.
Cons:Add a second hot tub. This was so small only 4 people could fit in but there are 244 rooms! This was a joke- but not funny. The pool was supposedly heated but it might have been heated to 60 degrees. Pool was pretty small also for that amount of rooms.

Pros:Great property. I loved the outdoor patio and covered seating area. Room was big and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good considering pandemic issues.
Cons:Would be nice to have more TV channels.

Pros:The a/c was either blasting us with freezing air or no air at all. Made the room uncomfortably cold and damp. Fitted Sheet was too small for the bed and kept Coming off exposing the mattress

Pros:Breakfast was great (eggs and potatoes, fruit salad, pastries). Room was clean and suites our needs.
Cons:Pull-out sofa bed wasn't the best but it worked
