Great location. Parking available.
The receptionists didn't want to check us in on time due to the sabbath. They were at work though. Finally - we didn't get the superior rooms we paid for.
The location was fair to the center of Yafo.
The accommodations were low standards per expectations of most modern travelers. The refrigerator did not work in my room which was generally unclean and extremely worn down. The property overall was very old and worn out with much need for redesign. I could not find ice and had difficulty requesting this from the dining hall manager who seemed reluctant to help me but eventually did after asking the front desk again for their help. I did not partake in the breakfasts as I missed the hours but the setup was cafeteria style and based on the quality of the accommodations overall I am unsure that I missed out on anything special. I wish I could have left a good review but was honestly disappointed with my stay and the overall experience with the property/staff. They would be wise to rebrand the property and bring in a consultant to help modernize it for travelers coming from countries with higher expectations than these.
Nothing at all
Staff attitude, check in, rooms were nothing like pictures in booking.com
The only positive thing I can say is it has free parking and is close to the flea markets.
We arrived a bit early and we were told that we could check in. However, after parking our car and bring our bags in the front desk said our room was not ready and would be by 3pm . We put our bags back in our car as the area they told us we could store our bags was not secure. We came back at 3 and our room was still not ready. We waited in the lobby and after checking for the 3rd time the women at the front desk told us it was ready awhile ago and she called our name. We never left the lobby! The room was fine, but the air conditioning shut off when you leave the room, so it gets very hot. We returned to the room around 930pm to sleep. I do not think the room reached a comfortable temperature by the time we left. Breakfast was included but was not a great Israeli breakfast that we have experienced in this great country. I would not stay here again.
