Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, close to beaches, restaurants, and city attractions. Many guests also appreciate the fair value for price and some highlight the friendliness of the staff and the bar. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with repeated mentions of cockroaches, dirty rooms, and outdated facilities. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and others as unfriendly or inattentive. Overall, the location and value stand out as positives, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
