Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and convenient parking. Many found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of staff presence, poor customer service, and issues with communication, such as difficulties with entry codes and unresponsive management. Some guests also felt the property was overpriced and missed amenities like breakfast. Despite these negatives, the location and cleanliness are strong positives for many visitors.
