The room and the breakfast were great. I opted for the balcony room which is in an adjacent building (lots of keys needed) but the view is wonderful and very relaxing sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun.
The staff were great people but communication is not good. Very little English and confusing and inconsistent information about when various services would be available. This place is OK if you know some French.

The rooms were decorated with great style, a very casual & relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff. We loved our evening drink on the roof terrace watching the sunset & enjoying the wonderful views

The room was comfortable with nice local touches. The location was fantastic, in the heart of the old medina. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The terrace was fantastic with a great view of the town and the sea. I really enjoyed my stay and am planning on returning!
My shower was more like a wet room, with no shelves near by to put things on, would be nice if there was a shelf and a proper shower area. Also the shower head was not affixed to the wall, so had to be held by hand.

Location of this property.
The property owners care more about property decorations and less about comfort of visitors. There are piles of old books in each room, that nobody is looking at, and no place to put your luggage. It looks like the directions that owners subscribe to is “form over function”. The bathroom was on the level below, in the dungeon, and was very difficult to use. Thy serve the very bad coffee in this place.
