Can't fault the staff, even though we didn't see them. Very approachable via phone. Value for money and a convenient place to stay.

The price.
The wooden floorboards are so loud. Luckily brought an extra blanket - rooms are so cold - turn on the electric blanket. Dog poop in the hallway was a turn off going to the bathroom in the morning.

I don't know why travellers would go anywhere else? It's a perfect guesthouse with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

A group of very noisey basketballs being rowdy late at night and again about 3am. The cubicle doors in the toilet invited slamming shut and the noise disturbed in my room throughout the night. Some sort of stopper could perhaps fix this. I found the lack of ordinary black tea bags a bit disappointing - a small whinge I know.

I have checked in late night, but even so Jody left everything done. No complications at all. The room was perfectly clean and tidy. Also, all the amenities were well maintained. Highly recommend The Rex Tamworth.
