No bugs which was great, very big rooms for one person for that price so it was a very pleasant stay. Restaurants were quite close to the hotel so it was good. Except very few, most of the staffs are very kind and friendly and they really loved to help me out (one staff tried very hard to help me to find how to go to the certain bar, the sightseeing location and how to get to hagatna, etc, and other staff was very fluent in English so whenever I had problem and when I asked her, she kinda helped me out quickly.).
The night I arrived, I kinda had trouble because I couldn't find my room and its building and I had some trouble with my phone in order to get it working in Guam but the nightshift staff at front office at that time was no helpful at all, whatsoever. So I had to get down from the building I was at after wandering around my room to get some help by asking the bell.taxi nightshift staff who led me to its building and the room which was very nice of him. I thought the hotel would be close enough to get to the tour sites but I had to walk more than 20mins to get to.

Good location along Pale San Vitores in front of Fiesta Hotel. Just a few minutes drive to K-Mart, Ypao Beach, and ABC store. The unit has 2 toilets & bath/shower. Spacious & well ventilated unit. Love the fact that villa has a balcony & large windows.
Rundown. Needs lots of repairs. Nicer condition in photos but not in reality. Door of our unit was warped & the lock was difficult to open. Beds were not comfortable. Window sill, exhaust vents were stained. There were on-going repairs in another unit which made a lot of noise & debris. Rooms were not cleaned regularly. Furniture must be updated/refurbished.

Spacious and perfect for family
hallway floor always wet. Part of inside of the room was always wet too. We booked pool view but was given building view.
