Not much breakfast choice like sausage or bacon. Only sausage gravy offered. This must be the standard breakfast because Atlanta Hyatt had the same.
Nice room, comparable to your best-known business hotel competitor. Complimentary breakfast was better than most. Staff were courteous and professional.
Given the location, the price seemed a bit steep to me. Outside areas could be better lit at night.
Really nice and modern rooms
Nowhere to grab a drink late at night
Tough Night for the Hyatt Place
I confirmed my reservation 6 hours before I arrived from New York. My flight was delayed. I didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The automatic doors wouldn't open to let me into the hotel. Once I got in, the front desk didn't have my reservation. I was holding the confirmation in my phone as well as told him I confirmed it on the phone. He didn't have king bed and gave us two doubles instead. It took almost 45 minutes with nobody there and he had to write all of the information off of my phone. Hotel condition was fine just not a good night for the hotel.
Lobby is nice with better-than-average free breakfast and Starbucks coffee.
Building is old- room is old, chips in walls and the shower didn't get hot. Pull out couch bed wasn't very comfortable.
Our newly renovated guest rooms feature the Hyatt Grand beds, media and work center with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV that easily integrates with laptops and other devices, a cozy corner L shaped sofa sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Enjoy complimentary hotel wide WiFi.
