Location couldn't be better. Nice small touches, morning paper, daily water etc.
The breakfast spread was all freshly made and provided a large choice, but no mention of GF foods and the staff not too sure on the subject. The whole hotel was SO overheated it was impossible to stay indoors once dressed! There is no access to the radiators in the rooms which gives the guest no choice over regulating the temp other than opening the windows or asking reception to lower it, and the thermostat seemed to be completely redundant. Overall, a very hot stay!!

Staff was very junior. Friendly but could not take any decision. We were celebrating our 10 years anniversary and they said they would come 10min after our check in with a “surprise”. As any guest, you expect then a bottle of sparkling wine or chocolates,... they arrived with a bowl of fruits. That was a joke.
