Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and several mentioned the convenient location. Some guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, there were multiple complaints about cleanliness issues, including musty odors, mold, and unclean bathrooms. Other negative feedback included maintenance problems, such as broken elevators, noisy AC units, and water shutoffs without notice. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, cleanliness and facility upkeep need improvement.
